Welcome to your home away from home, we hope you enjoy the stay and happy to assist you in best ways we can. Below is more information regarding the room and facilities:

password: can be found on the router or sticker on the hallway
TV: Room is equipped with 4K HDR TV with Amazon Prime subscription and YouTube, any paid apps/programs are prohibited, and you can use your own Netflix account if required. Any LIVE content requires a TV license as our property does not have the License any LIVE content (e.g. NEWS, BBC iPlayer, Sky, Sports) is prohibited. Please speak to us if you are unsure.
Check-IN time: 3:00PM
Check-OUT time: 10:00AM; Please ensure to turn off the central heating, close windows and blinds, lock the back door and patio doors and return the main door keys in the key safe after your check-out.Unfortunately you can’t leave your luggage before or after the check-out times
Cleaning: If you require Apartment clean including fresh bed covers & towels please let us know a day in advance (the fee for this is £129). Kitchen: Your kitchen is equipped with all necessary pots and pans, cutlery, Oven, Microwave and gas hob for you to enjoy your fantastic cooking just like home.
Washer: We got washing machine in the utility cabinet under the stairs for your use. There cloths airer for drying.
Central Heating: The Central Heating is programmed to come on in the morning and evenings, assuming guests are out and about during the day, but if plan to be in the room and what it warm please use the HIVE control on the hallway to set your required temperature. Ensure this is turned off during check out.
Hot Water: Hot water is automatically available in taps is available through the day, you may have to keep the hot tap running for a wee while as it has to travel from the boiler.
Showers: the main bathroom has electric shower and others are thermostatic showers, kindly switch on the extractor fan while using the shower to avoid condensation.
Sofa Bed: We have an sofa bed in the living room, the bedding is kept in the bed drawers in lower bedroom. Extra Bed in Master bedroom: There is extra pull out single bed under the bed, the beddings can be found in the wardrobe drawer.
Bins: Large bins are placed outside are clearly labelled with number 10. Extra bin bags should be under the kitchen sink
Gray Bin: Landfill waste
Blue Bin: Recycling
Brown Bin: Garden waste
Personal Belongings: Guests are responsible for their personal belongings onsite; if we require access to your apartment during your stay we shall let you know in advance.
Accidental Damage/Emergencies: Please bring to our attention if there is any damage/emergencies so we can assess the situation and provide assistance.
For Wee ones: There a high chair and travel cot and few toys and books to keep the wee ones entertained.
Finally house rules: • Strictly no Party • No visitors, No Pets • No overstay • No Loud Music/TV
