The cottage is detached with enough private parking for 3 cars it has 4 bedrooms, the first floor has 3 bedrooms and a common bathroom, the master bedroom has a king bed with 1 ensuite and built in wardrobes, the second bedroom has a king bed with wardrobes, the third bedroom has a zip link bed which can be linked together to make a king bed or twin beds. The ground floor has a cloak room, the fourth bedroom with twin beds, the living room is with large sofa a patio windows with river and garden views, the kitchen is spacious with dining table and large patio doors leading up to the private back garden. There is a additional decking area with garden furniture and views overlooking a river stream. Overall the cottage is spacious and modern and very well equipped for a comfortable stay for large group or family.

Arrochar is a small village with a nice pubs that are within walking distance, village shop, restaurants, post office and petrol station. The village located near the head of Loch Long, in Argyll and Bute, Scottish Highlands. The village is within the Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park. It is overlooked by a group of mountains called the Arrochar Alps, and in particular by the distinctive rocky summit of the Cobbler. It enjoys good communications as it is at the junction of the A83 and A814 roads and is served by Arrochar and Tarbet railway station.
